Switching booking systems in one day: a practical migration plan

Morning: export and import

• Export your client list as CSV from your current system
• Import it into the new system — names, emails, phones, notes
• Recreate your service menu with durations, prices and buffers
• Set every staff member's real weekly hours

Afternoon: the switchover

• Manually add the next 2 weeks of existing appointments
• Put the new booking link in your Instagram bio and Google profile
• Add the booking widget to your website
• Send one message to regulars: 'we've moved — book here now'

The week after
