Recurring appointments & multi-service bookings
Book a regular's next 6 visits in one go, and let clients book several services back-to-back.
Recurring appointments (admin)
In New booking, set Repeat to weekly / every 2 weeks / every 4 weeks and choose how many occurrences. The whole series is booked at the same time of day; dates that clash with existing bookings are skipped and reported to you.
Multi-service bookings (clients)
On your booking page, after picking a service clients can tap '+ add another service'. Slotora finds slots where all services fit back-to-back with the same team member, shows the combined price and duration, and books the whole visit in one go.
Good to know
- Multi-service bookings apply to one-on-one services (not group classes)
- Each service keeps its own buffers between the two treatments
- Gift/coupon codes currently apply to single-service bookings
